Benjamin M. H. Goshko has been with McTighe Weiss & O’Rourke since May of 2012. He graduated summa cum laude from Temple University in 2005 with a B.A. in Political Science and then attended Temple University’s Beasley School of Law via a Beasley Scholarship, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2009.

While in law school, Benjamin served as the Senior Articles Editor for Temple University’s International and Comparative Law Journal and he received the Barrister Award for outstanding oral argument through Temple’s trial advocacy program.

Benjamin is currently active in all areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, insurance subrogation, product liability, personal injury claims, and construction defects. He has conducted both civil and criminal trials and has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Prior to joining McTighe Weiss & O’Rourke, Benjamin was an associate at the Law Office of John J. Kerrigan, Jr., practicing criminal law in Bucks County. He has also worked for the Montgomery County Solicitor’s Office and the Delaware Riverkeeper Network.

Outside the office, Benjamin is an avid reader, cyclist, and history buff. He is active in the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
